OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs do not make any decisions on settling Karabakh conflict not having discussed them with Nagorno Karabakh. French Ambassador Phillip de Suremain stated it after the meeting with President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkadiy Ghukasian. “Mediamax” agency reports Russian Ambassador Nikolay Gribkov and his US counterpart Rudolf Perina share their French colleague’s opinion. Phillip de Suremain called the meeting with NKR head “very interesting and effective.” Speaking of the prospects of Karabakh party’s participation in the negotiations the French diplomat noted that the question would be discussed in Vienna, where the mediators would deliver a report about their visit to Karabakh conflict region to OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
