Tomorrow a new «UNO» park will be laid in Yerevan. Armenian UNO representative office and the capital’s city administration will be engaged in the organization of tree planting in Davidashen district of Yerevan. As «Arminfo» agency reports, saplings for this are provided by one of the programs realized by the UNO. Earlier 2.5 million trees were planted in 400-hectare area in Armenia within framework of this program. But because of the 2000 drought only 210 hectares have remained.
