Today new Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Germany Hans-Volf Bartels handed his credentials to President of Armenia Robert Kocharian. Germany is for establishment of peace and stability in South Caucasus and is ready to make every effort as member of OSCE Minsk Group on Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, the German diplomat assured in the course of his meeting with the country head.
