The realization of technical and economic assessment for the project of Yerevan-Nakhichevan-Baku railway service recommencement turns on the position of Azerbaijan according to which economic cooperation between Armenia and Azerbaijan is impossible until Nagorno Karabakh issue is settled. Head of administration for external relations of RA Ministry of transport and communication Gagik Grigorian has told this «Arminfo» agency. According to him, Armenian side thinks the most effective settlement of any conflict is establishment of direct economic relations.
