In comparison with 2000, the investment climate in Armenia in 2001 has fundamentally improved. The World Bank report for the last year is an evidence of that, has informed deputy minister of finance and economy of Armenia Tigran Khachatrian. According to him, the report was worked out on the basis of poll, held among businessmen of Armenia with an objective to find out problems related to administration system that hampers the progress of business in the country. Besides, the experts were interested in the issue regarding how much time the businessmen spend on contacts with bureaucratic staff while their conducting business.
