ARMENIAN PRESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN INFORMAL SUMMIT OF CIS HEADS IN ALMATY

Armenian President Robert Kocharian will participate in the informal summit of CIS heads to be held in Almaty March 1. According to the preliminary data, all the leaders of the Commonwealth member states, except Azerbaijan, will participate in the forum. According to Kazakh Foreign Ministry press office’s report, Heydar Aliyev does not participate in the summit due to the health problems.
