Today Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev, who is taking cure in US, had a telephone conversation with US Vice-President Dick Cheney. Azeri President’s press office reports Karabakh settlement was the subject of the conversation. Let us remind that meeting with Cheney was included in the agenda of the official visit preceding the cure. But the tour to Washington did not take place due to worsening the health condition of the Azeri President.
