FDM ARMENIA BECAME INDIVIDUAL OWNER OF “ARMGOLD” CJSC

First Dynasty Mind Armenia LTD Canadian firm has bought 50% of the shares of “Armgold” CJSC from the Ararat gold mining company resulting in individual ownership of the latter. The deal cost made $2.25 million. FDM Armenia will now set about realization of the agreement signed with the Armenian government on developing the gold field in Meghradzor and Zod. According to the terms of the agreement, FDM Armenia binds itself to begin gold-mining works in Zod and continue them in Meghradzor.
