Signing of an interstate agreement on cooperation in the military-technical sphere became the result of Armenian Defense Minister, Security Council Secretary Serge Sargsian’s official visit. Head of the country military department Sokratis Hasikos signed the document from the Cyprian side. In the course of his stay Serge Sargsian visited the General Headquarters, where he met with the military leadership of Cyprus.
