The meeting of South Caucasus Railways JSC Board of Directors was held December 9 in Moscow, press service of the company reported.
Report of the Director General Shevket Shaydullin on company’s performance within 9 months of 2009, draft budget of the company for 2010 and draft investment program for 2010 were on the agenda of the meeting.
The meeting discussed the issue of participation of the Armenian Government in the South Caucasus Railways Board. For the first time representative of Armenia – Khachatur Avalyan becomes SCR board member.
