YEREVAN BRADY COMPANY READY TO STAND UPON ITS RIGHT TO ITS TRADE MARK

The Yerevan brandy factory intends to stand upon its right to its trade mark in legal process. According to President of the company Pier Larech, «Great valley» firm has illegally used the «Ararat» trade mark that is very similar to the one belonging to the company and that negatively effects the trade volume of the Yerevan brandy factory production. According to Larech, the current situation hampers the establishment of the association of Armenian brandy producers.
