In the nearest future, a new deputy group formed by the deputies representing People’s party will be established in the Armenian parliament. Party leader Stepan Demirchian has stated about this in his interview for «Liberty» radio station. At the same time he noted that the issue on the formation of the new deputy group was not considered by the senior bodies of the People’s party. It should be noted that the presence of, at least, eleven parliamentarians is necessary for registration of a deputy group. It is known that the People’s party does not have so many followers at the current parliament at the present time.
