The Armenian foreign ministry has addressed the Israeli foreign ministry a protest note regarding the recent statement of Israeli ambassador to RA Ruvki Koen about inadmissibility of comparison of Jewish Holocaust and Armenian Genocide. In the note is stated that official Yerevan considers the attempts of negation or detraction of significance of Armenian genocide inadmissible. At the same time, it is stated that Armenia has never had an aim to draw parallels between Armenian Genocide and Holocaust considering that any crime against humankind is in essence unexampled.
