Armenian National Assembly deputy group was in Stepanakert to coordinate positions regarding Karabakh conflict settlement. As it is known, the consideration of the course of peaceful settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is planned to be discussed in the Council of European in spring. NKR leadership official representatives will participate in the meeting. The consultations held by the deputy group members and NKR’s President Arcadia Ghukasian, foreign minister Naira Melkumian, defense minister Seyran Ohanian and the minister of internal affairs Armen Isagulov were to develop consolidated points of view that will be presented by Armenian and Karabakh parts at the consideration. The members of the group leaded by chairman of parliamentary committee of foreign relations, head of Armenian delegation to PACE Hovanes Hovannisian, visited Shushi where they got to know problems of refugees and the conditions under which prisoners were kept in the local prison.
