At the yesterday meeting with the Yerevan State University teaching staff Armenia’s President Robert Kocharian said Nagorno Karabakh had never been and would be a part of Azerbaijan. While answering the questions he said the inadmissibility of being of Karabakh under Azerbaijan’s authority was an initial point from which the Armenian part position follows at the talks on conflict settlement. According to him, a number of generations grown in Karabakh can not even think of that their country could become a part of Azerbaijan.
