President Serzh Sargsyan has congratulated Armenian jazzman Levon Malkhasyan on his 65th jubilee.
In his address, President particularly says, “You devoted 45 years of your life to jazz, enriching Yerevan, a town you love most. And you became the embodiment of both Yerevan and jazz. As such, I congratulate you and wish you new achivements. “
