Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Sergey Mironov congratulated Arthur Baghdasarian with the appointment to the post of the Armenian parliament chairman. In his dispatch S. Mironov expressed assurance that the effective dialogue between the Federation Council and the National Assembly would be continued and the inter-parliamentary contacts would make their contribution to the Armenian-Russian strategic cooperation.
