The question of the blockade against Armenia held by Turkey will be discussed at one of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers coming sessions. Head of PACE Armenian delegation, Chairman of the foreign affairs commission of the National Assembly Hovhannes Hovhannisian stated it in the course of a conversation with journalists today. Let us remind that the question was discussed at the latest session of the Committee, but there was no certain document adopted concerning the CE attitude towards the blockade held by Turkey. In Hovhannisian’s words, the discussions resulted in increasing the number of the deputies agreeing that the Council of Europe should stop Ankara activity directed towards isolation of Yerevan.
