“ArmentTel” telecommunication monopolist, which will introduce the system of payment by minute for internal city telephone conversations by the Government consent next month, will give those users who would prefer the unlimited tariff an opportunity to delay payment. As we have already reported, according to the new regulations the users of digital automatic telephone systems, who are ready to pay 2400 Armenian drams before the date of 25 of a month, will be exempted from paying the payment by minute next month. As reported by press secretary of the Ministry of Justice Ara Saghatelian, a deferment of 15 days will be given for the first time, i.e. the users will be exempted from paying the tariff is they pay 2400 drams before February 10. Those who do not wish to use this scheme will have to pay 4 Armenian drams per minute conversation if their total telephone conversations exceed the free limit of 360 minutes a month.
