HEAD OF RUSSIAN FRONTIER TROOPS AND ARMENIAN NATIONAL SECURITY MINISTER SIGNED AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION AND JOINT SECURITY

Minister of national security of Armenia Karlos Petrosian and the director of Federal Frontier Service of RF colonel-general Konstantin Totskij and minister of finances and economics of Armenia Vardan Khachatrian have signed a document regarding the financial-economic activities of the frontier troops for 2002. On behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Totskij presented minister of national security of Armenia Karlos Petrosyan a medal for strengthening military cooperation. Seven Armenian and Russian frontier guards were presented with the medals of honor.
