The returns of the presidential and parliamentary election will be discussed in the course of the sitting of the Council of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (IPA) opened in Saint Petersburg today. It should be reminded that the preparation to and the holding of both elections in Armenia were followed by a large group of the CIS IPA observers. As reported by “ITAR-TASS” agency, heads of parliamentary delegations of all 10 Commonwealth states: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine, participate in the forum. The Council foreruns the 21-st plenary sitting of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly to be held today right after it.
