Armenia’s transport and communication minister Andranik Manukyan has denied the rumors about his possible resignation in connection with the current situation between the republic government and the communication monopolist «ArmenTel» company. He has reminded that the talks with the «ArmenTel» leadership are carried on not by the transport and communication ministry but the justice ministry.
