BAKU STATES ARMENIA DOES NOT HAVE TO WORRY BECAUSE OF PREPARATION OF SECURITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN TURKEY, AZERBAIJAN AND GEORGIA

Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov stated that official Yerevan disturbance concerning preparation of the security agreement between Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia is groundless. In his words, it is not the point of creation of a military block, but discussion of joint measures directed at struggle against terrorism, organized crime and drug business. He stressed realization of the project of construction of Baku-Ceyhan oil pipeline implied carrying out serious work to become protected from sabotage. Azimov stated he did not understand Yerevan’s arguments that the planned cooperation of Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia threaten Armenian security.
