Director of the Federal Frontier Service of Russia colonel general Konstantin Totsky will arrive in Yerevan on a working visit at the end of January. The head of the Russian frontier troops will meet with President Robert Kocharian, Defense Minister Serzh Sargsyan. Signing documents on financing the operational group of Russian frontier troops, dislocated in Armenia, is planned.
