President of France Jacques Chirac has signed the decree on the appointment of new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia. 55 year-old diplomat Anri Kyuni will represent the official Paris in Yerevan. He has filled different posts in the France’s Embassies in Moscow, Rome and Vatican. Kyuni was the councilor of the general headquarters chief of the armed forces of France for foreign issues.
