Armenian President Press Secretary Vahe Gabriyelian stated the split of Armenian-Turkish Reconciliation Commission was predictable. He stressed in official Yerevan opinion, the dialogue between Armenia and Turkey should take place at the state level. At the same time Gabriyelian noted Armenian authorities never hampered contacts between Armenian and Turkish public structures, on the contrary – welcomed such intercourse.
