TURKEY AND ARMENIA RAPPROCHEMENT CANNOT LEAVE BAKU INDIFFERENT, AZERI DIPLOMAT SAID

Official Ankara erroneous steps can undermine Azeri people’s trust towards Turkey. As written by “Zerkalo” Baku newspaper, Azeri ambassador to Turkey Mamed Aliyev stated when commenting on Turkish media reports on the expected rapprochement of Ankara with Yerevan. The ambassador noted that Baku takes attempts of rapprochement of Turkey and Armenia with watchfulness. In his words, Azeri president Heydar Aliyev also expressed concern thereupon.
