As we have informed, on Friday US defense minister Donald Ramsfeld will visit Yerevan within the framework of the tour of the CIS countries. In Armenia he will stay for several hours during which he will manage to meet with President Robert Kocharyan and chief of the general headquarters of armed forces lieutenant-general Mikael Arytyunian. The parts will express their views regarding Armenian-American cooperation perspectives in the military sphere and ways to activate partnership in the struggle against international terrorism. It is expected that the Pentagon head will have press conference on the results of the talks held in Yerevan.
