TALKS BETWEEN KOCHARIAN AND ALIYEV TO BE HELD WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF SUMMIT OF HEADS OF CIS COUNTRIES

Tomorrow the summit of the heads of CIS member states will start in Moscow. As we have already reported, talks between Robert Kocharian and Heydar Aliyev on the Karabakh conflict settlement are planned within the framework of the summit. Russian President Vladimir Putin will join the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan later. The meeting of the so-called Caucasian four – Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia – will also be held in Moscow.
