Armenia’s President Robert Kocharian has signed the decree on the appointment of the head of the government foreign relation department Vasili Kazaryan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to People’s Republic of China. The residence of the Embassy will be situated in Peking. As it is known, China already accredited its Ambassador to Armenia in 1992.
