The coming meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents within the framework of the summit of the heads of CIS states will hardly introduce significant revival to the negotiation process on peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by “Arminfo” agency, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Vartan Oskanian expressed such an opinion today. The Minister noted that the recent visit of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen to the region did not bring to any notable results. Nevertheless, he did not rule out the opportunity that some improvement might occur in the course of the coming meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the OSCE member countries.
