IN HEYDAR ALIYEV’S WORDS HOPES FOR SUCCESS OF KARABAKH NEGOTIATIONS “NOT EXHAUSTED YET”

In the course of the summit of CIS countries, which will be held in Moscow November 29-30, the process of Karabakh conflict settlement will be discussed among other questions. Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev stated this appearing at the congress of “Eni Azerbaijan” ruling party. In his words, the hopes for success of negotiations on the Karabakh problem within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group “are not exhausted yet.” As we have reported, holding a bilateral meeting of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia is planned in Moscow. It is not excluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin will join the talks.
