KARABAKH COMMUNISTS INSIST ON ARMENIAN AND KARABAKH REPUBLICS JOINING «RUSSIA-BELORUSSIA» UNION

In Stepanakert took place the NKR’s third communist party congress. The delegates improved the NK’s communist party central committee decision on the need to become constructive opposition. In his speech, Central Committee Secretary Hrant Melkumyan demanded from the state leadership to begin the work for the joining of the two Armenian states «Russia-Belorussia» union. NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan, Prime Minister Anushavan Daniyelyan, Armenia’s Communist Party Central Committee first secretary Vladimir Darbinyan were at the congress.
