The Yerevan visit of World Bank regional director Judy O’Conner has finished. As «Arminfo» agency informs with reference to WB Yerevan office official Vigen Sarkisyan, agreements regarding all the points of talks were reached. According to him, O’Connor has noted that the second $15 million trench might be transferred only after agreement of the International Monetary Fund, that express its dissatisfaction with low state budget gathering. The arrears only for the third quarter are 7.7 billion drams. At the same time O’Conner has emphasized that the only term for the granting of the SAC-4 credit third $20 million trench is the finishing of the privatization of energy distributing nets. Sarkisyan has noted that O’Conner has informed Armenia’s leadership about the forthcoming visit of the WB mission to Yerevan that will discuss the possibility of the signing of the agreement on SAC-5 credit. The prime minister of Armenia Andranik Margaryan has informed O’Conner that the 2002 state budget was drawn up taking into account that credit.
