ROBERT KOCHARYAN AND HEYDAR ALIYEV TO MEET IN MOSCOW

Within the framework of the summit of the CIS country heads, the meeting of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia is planned. The head of the fourth department of the ministry of foreign affairs of Russia Aleksey Borodavkin has informed this. According to him, it is possible that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will join the talks. It should be reminded that within the summit framework, the meeting of “the Caucasian four” heads is also planned.
