The meeting of “the Caucasian four” – the Presidents of Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia – is expected within the framework of the forthcoming summit of heads of the states-members of CIS to be held in Moscow November 30. Head of the Department on the Caucasian countries of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aleksey Borodavkin reported this. In his words, discussing questions concerning regional cooperation and conflict resolution was due at the meeting. Aleksey Borodavkin also noted the next meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, who would discuss the ways to settle the Karabakh conflict, was expected at the same time.
