Yesterday Azerbaijan’s president Heydar Aliyev has presented an ultimatum to the OSCE Minsk group and stated if it «does not takes its principal position» regarding Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijan will levy the «war to free the occupied territories».
As «Armifo» informs, at the meeting with OSCE Parliament Assembly chairman Adrian Severin, Aliyev accused Yerevan of having not constructive position and the OSCE of connivency of that. The OSCE Parliament Assembly, headed by Severin, was in Baku within the framework of familiarization visit to the South Caucasian region. Today the delegation members are in Tbilisi and then they will visit to Yerevan.
