Yesterday President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghukasian left for Moscow on a working visit. Besides the questions connected with the Karabakh conflict settlement, the modes of investment attraction to NKR will also be discussed in the Russian capital. The head of the Republic will hold negotiations in this respect with representatives of the business circles of the Armenian community in Moscow.
