BASIS FOR ACTION AT LAW AGAINST “ARMENTEL” MIGHT BE PERFORMED FACT OF FAILURE TO OBSERVE LAW ONLY

“If the order of the minister of communication that forbids the introduction of per minute payment for city phones is not carried out, Armenia’s government will go to the law”. Armenia’s minister of justice David Harutyunyan has stated it today at the press conference. He noted that the fact of the failure to observe the law might be a legal basis for the action at law. So, the real ground for the claims to “ArmenTel’ will be if the company tries to cut off phones of subscribers for non-payment. The minister also said that the agreements that “ArmenTel” concluded with people did not have legal effect as they did not have legal basis.
