Rudolf Perina, recently appointed OSCE Minsk group US representative, will visit Karabakh conflict region at the end of October. As “Mediamax” informs, Azerbaijani foreign minister Vilayat Guliyew has stated about that. According to him, Perina will arrive in Azerbaijan October 25. Guliyev has also informed that at the beginning of November the cochairmen are going to meet in Lisbon to discuss ways for Karabakh conflict settlement.
