Today the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe arrived in Yerevan to get to know the fulfillment process of obligations, assumed by Armenia before CE joining. The meetings of the delegation head with Armenian and Nagorno-Karabakh leaderships are planed. The visit to Nubarashen prison is also planned. The delegation members will have talks with OSCE representative in Yerevan, envoy Roy Riv.
