The forum, called “the first conference of Azerbaijanis of the World” will be hold November 9. According to the head of the organizing committee of the conference Zeynal Nagdaliyev, about 500 people (164 of them are from Russia) will participate in the forum work. Azerbaijani president Heydar Aliyev will address the participants with his speech. The forum will study two main questions: the relations between Azerbaijanis living in different countries of the world and information exchange. It should be reminded that at the beginning of October the first forum of Azerbaijanis of Russia was held in Moscow.
