MINSK GROUP COCHAIRMEN MEET IN VIENNA IN NOVEMBER

The regular meeting of the OSCE Minsk group for Nagorno-Karabakh is expected to take place in Vienna in November. In all probability, the international mediators (Russia, USA, France) will appoint the dates of the conflict zone visit.
