Six deputies of Armenia National Assembly have withdrawn their signatures under the appeal to the Constitutional court with the demand to declare the voting on the energy distribution network privatizing invalid. As we have already informed, 48 parliamentarians, signed the appeal, think that the voting was held with an offence of regulations. The refusal of 6 deputies means that the appeal is invalid as 44 signatures are needed in order to discuss a question in the Constitutional court. By the way, the hearing of the issue on the acknowledgment of the voting invalid might be tomorrow. Three out of six deputies, who withdrew their signatures, are communist party members. They motivate their activities by the reason that Russian companies have a good chance to success in the tender and this is quite attractive to Armenian communists.
