GOVERNMENT CALLS UPON “ARMENTEL” USERS NOT TO PAY CITY TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION BILLS

Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Andranik Manukian called upon users of “ArmenTel” telecommunication company services not to pay the city telephone call bills if such are presented. He stated in case of disconnecting telephones for nonpayment the Government would lodge a complaint against “ArmenTel”. At today’s press conference Manukian also reported the “ArmenTel” management had submitted a packet of proposals on reducing the tariffs for using Internet and mobile communication. In the Minister’s words, the suggestions will be considered within a month.
