The statements of Azerbaijani part about the presence of terrorist bases in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh have no grounds. This is undisguised calumny. This has been stated by the press secretary of Armenia’s ministry of national security Armenak Manukyan. At the same time, he has noted, Armenian special services have information about the presence of terrorist bases in Azerbaijan. Chairman of the permanent committee for foreign relations of NKR’s National Assembly Vahram Atanesyan also has reliable information about the presence of terrorist training bases in Shahumyan region, which is occupied by Azerbaijan. What is more, he has stated, Russian special services also have enough information proving that Pakistan and Afghanistan transfer human force and military equipment to Chechnya through Azerbaijan.
