The Armenian Ministry of Agriculture has been implementing a program on pedigree stock-breeding since 2007, with German and Austrian breeds being imported as part of the program.
On July 13, Armenian Minister of Agriculture Gerasim Alaverdyan told journalists that a working group led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan will visit Germany on July 20, where 260 head of cattle will be purchased.
