THE PRESIDENT OF NAGORNO-KARABAKH HAS PRESENTED CONDOLENCES TO GEORGE BUSH

Nagorno-Karabakh’s president Arkadi Gukasyan sent the telegram of condolences to USA’s President George Bush regarding the terrorist acts in Washington and New York. The telegram states, “Mr. President, we are really shocked with the news of unprecedented terror resulted in thousands of victims. We condemn this monstrous crime that is a challenge not only for the USA but also the civilized mankind. On Nagorno-Karabakh’s people behalf, I present my condolences to the people of the USA and the families of victims, I wish you strength and courage to stand this cruel test.
