At August 5 sitting, Armenian government assigned RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsesyan to oversee institution of crediting organisation with a 100% participation of Armenian foundation for renewable energy and energy conservation.
Aauthorized capital stock of the closed joint stock company is established at AMD 200 million, governmental press service reported.
