The question of all-Armenian bank establishment expediency has been discussed at the meeting of “Armenia-Diaspora” fund leaders with National Assembly chairman Armen Khachatryan. In their opinion this step will enhance the unity of businessmen with Armenian origin in the world. For the science development stimulation the scientists present at the meeting have pointed out the importance of working out laws that will enhance the economic and cultural development of Armenia.
According to “Arka” agency the initial capital of the bank will be $10-20 million. The committee that is for the bank establishment has appealed to the Armenia’s leadership for some privilege for the bank for 5 years, particularly to exempt the profit tax. That will let them give 30-50% of the profit for the establishment of all-Armenia parliament, which will confirm and finance all-Armenian economic programs.
